No exchanged or Refunded for purchased item. Color of batiks may look slightly different than what appear on your computer screen due to light and setting of photography or of your computer screen. Because of the handmade nature of batik variations,imperfections, discolourations and differences in colour per batch can happen.

Returns can be made if the goods are damaged. You should email us manually to contact@batikamarillis-shop.com .

 

RETURNS POLICY

 1. You should email us within 7 days after you receive the product.

 Please provide information why you want to return the product. 
2. We will response to your email and ONLY after you get the email response you can return the product and we will give you the designated address (Jakarta).
3. You will then have 7 days beginning after you receive our email response to send it back.

Products have to be remained unused and keep all the tags and packing with them.
If the product you returned is sold out and we can’t replace it with new one,

we will refund your money via Bank Transfers for domestic customers or PayPal for international customers.

We also are not responsible in taxes and duties charged for international customers.
